01

Days 1–30: choose the workflow

Select a workflow with visible operating friction, a clear accountable owner and an outcome that management already cares about. Avoid beginning with a technology shopping list.

  • Map the current process
  • Identify local owners and assurance stakeholders
  • Define the outcome baseline
  • Document actions that must remain human
02

Days 31–70: build the controlled release

Configure the workflow in the portfolio company’s context, integrate only the systems required for the first outcome and agree the evidence each run must produce.

03

Days 71–100: prove the method can travel

Review the control and outcome evidence, package the reusable parts and test the design with a second company. The goal is not identical implementation; it is a faster, safer path to local adoption.
