1. Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, Ordinal collects the information you provide, including your name, work email, organisation, role, organisation type, current priority and any context you choose to share. We also record the source page and campaign parameters used to reach the form.
Please do not submit confidential case information, sensitive personal data or regulated customer records through this website.
2. How we use information
We use enquiry information to respond to you, assess design-partner fit, understand demand for Ordinal and keep a record of business communications. The legal basis will generally be our legitimate interests in operating and developing the business, or steps requested before entering a contract.
4. Retention and security
Enquiry records are normally retained for up to 12 months after the last substantive contact, unless a longer period is needed for an active commercial relationship, legal requirement or dispute. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect the information.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your information. Contact hello@runordinal.com to make a request or ask a privacy question.
